Online Retail Administrator

You will be part of a small team helping to support all retail functions for the business with an aim to maximise sales and profits of the company furniture store with a focus on online revenue streams.  The successful applicant will also support all sales and marketing activities working alongside the company Director.

You should have excellent communication skills, with a high standard of competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Good Level of Education and experience of using online platforms would be desirable.

Flexibility, experience in working with the public and good interpersonal and relationship building skills would be in advantage.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and distribute Online Orders through our various revenue streams through the most financially viable courier.
  • Place and process customer orders online.
  • Help with Online Site maintenance in terms of loading the latest products and maintain correct stock level status.
  • Upload images for products and promotions, a good level of English required for updating & creating product descriptions.
  • Liaise with suppliers, placing orders and checking progress of orders in progress.
  • Support our distribution/warehouse/delivery by processing stock and customer orders.
  • Process all stock control information using the company Retail Management System (Magento) ensuring all stock is correctly coded and maintained.
  • Help to manage custom orders and returns with a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Knowledge of Social media platforms i.e Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat would be an advantage to market the products.
  • Liaising with all staff during stock take periods to ensure stock levels and accurately calculated.
  • General administration, including filing, photocopying and data input.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.
