Because we sell so many different products at My Home Rocks, we use a diverse selection of delivery services and couriers including our own team.
Once you have placed your order, our expert delivery team will check your order and assign the best shipping service based on products purchased and your delivery address. Once your order has been allocated a shipping service, you will receive an email or call to confirm your delivery. All online orders can take up to 28 days
Click & Collect Service
We offer a free click & collect service from our Rimrose Road store in Liverpool and a collection point in West Yorkshire. We will let you know when your items are in stock and will contact you to arrange a time and date when you can collect. We will need 48 hours’ notice for larger items and these can only be collected on the day arranged due to limited space. Smaller items can be held for up to 7 days. If you fail to collect or give us less than 48 hours’ notice, there will be a restocking fee of £20 before we can rearrange another day for collection. Proof of ID and purchase is required on collection.
Small Parcel Delivery
This service is for items small enough for one person to carry (up to 30Kg) will be delivered by a tracked courier service such as DPD and Royal Mail. Once your order is dispatched you will be notified by text message or email with estimated day of delivery and your unique tracking number. Our standard delivery 3-5 working days at £7.99.
Sometimes items require a specialist carrier to make the delivery. This can be when an item is over 30kg or is especially long in length. Upon dispatch we will provide with an email detailing the delivery instructions and an estimated delivery date. This service does not include taking away packaging.
The largest items in our collection will be handled by a specialist carrier who operate with two-man delivery teams. This service does not include taking away packaging and will take 7-14 business days for delivery, alongside a £50 installation fee.

Please be aware our courier team DO NOT deliver upstairs unless a setup is required, however, if no set up is allocated prior to delivery, our courier team will charge an additional fee, to carry items up flights of stairs.
Non-Mainland UK Deliveries
If you need your order delivering anywhere outside of the mainland you can use or collection service or get in touch and we will be more than happy to help arrange the delivery with you.
Does it fit?
It is vital to measure your access for furniture into your home, is the door wide enough or the hallway? Is there space to turn the furniture to reach into the desired room? If we can’t deliver to the requested room of your choice, we may have to leave it somewhere else that is convenient to your or take it away (lost delivery and restocking fees will apply). However, if our delivery team feel a possibility there may be damage to your property/product, or unsafe to deliver to access issues not pointed out to us, they have the right to refuse delivery (which will again incur fees), so we advise to measure and measure again.
When will my delivery arrive?
For larger items, our delivery team will get in touch when they have your furniture and will give you an estimated time of arrival, and will confirm within a week with a delivery date with a 10am – 6pm time frame, but sometimes circumstances out of our control, e.g., traffic issues that can be unavoidable, if this is the case our drivers will contact you as soon as they understand there may be a delay. Smaller items are sent out with our courier company who will send you an email or a text on the morning of delivery with a estimated time, along with further tracking details for you to follow, if this doesn’t fit with your plans you can reply to them and reschedule.
