Returns and Damage

Return Policy

We want you to love it. If you don't, you can return it for up to 14 days after delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and has not been installed, used, or modified. We stand by our products - if your order arrives damaged or defective or you'd like to order replacement parts, we can help right away.

A few exceptions to note:

  • Non-returnable Items. We cannot accept returns on some items such as custom, special order, or clearance. Any items that are non-returnable will be clearly marked before you place your order. My Home Rocks gift certificates are also non-returnable.

Returning An Item or Order

To request a return please email us cs@myhomerocksltd.co.uk and we will help you with your return. 

 

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

We make sure that all items we send out are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. If your item has arrived with damage you may request replacement parts from us cs@myhomerocksltd.co.uk. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.

IMPORTANT: If on delivery you notice and damage to the packaging of the item please make sure you note this with the driver before you sign. If your delivery is being made by Arrow XL and is not a flat pack item you may request they unwrap the item for checking on delivery.
