Christmas Deliveries

Order by Thursday 19th December 2024, for guaranteed Christmas delivery. This is applicable to orders being delivered to UK mainland only. Any orders purchased after Thursday 19th December 2024, is not guaranteed to be with you by Christmas 25th December.

PLEASE NOTE: This is subject to the items in your order, for items that require a third party courier your order may be delivered AFTER the date supplied above. For clarification on your order BEFORE purchasing, we advise you to call our showroom to confirm the delivery status and expectations.

We anticipate order packing will commence from 2nd January 2025, therefore your order/s will begin being delivered to you from Friday 3rd January 2025. Please note deliveries, are Monday-Friday only.

Collections: You can select the 'Collect from Showroom' option at the checkout, the Showroom will be open for collections until Midday Tuesday 24th December 2024. 
If you miss this cut off time, then you can collect your order/s from Thursday 2nd January 2025 on wards; Monday-Sunday. Opening times as follows: Monday-Saturday 9:30-18:0, Sunday 10:00 - 17:00.
Please only come and collect your item once you have received the notification to do so.

 

As we sell an array of products here at My Home Rocks, we use a diverse selection of couriers to deliver your order/s to you. Once your order is placed, our team will review each item on your order to determine the courier method best suitable for your order. This is also determined on the following points:

  • Location of delivery address. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland.
  • Number of items included in you order
  • The gross weight of your order
  • The date and time of your order was placed


Click Collect
– You will be notified when your item is available to collect from our showroom, which is usually within 1-5 working days; you will be notified via email notification. If your item is classed as 'large', then you may collect this from our warehouse location. This will be stipulated in emails/calls to confirm date, time and location.
The Showroom is open Monday-Sunday, subject to Bank Holidays. The openings hours of the Showroom are as follows:
Monday-Saturday 9:30-18:00
Sunday 10:00 - 17:00

Standard Delivery – 3-5 working days . This service is automatically calculated to be available based upon the weight of your item and stock availability. This is a trackable service. Orders are packed Monday-Friday, and are usually shipped by APC Logistics. Next Day Delivery - Next working day if your order is place before 15:00hrs Monday-Friday. This service is automatically calculated to be available based upon the weight of your item and stock availability. This is a trackable service. Orders are packed Monday-Friday, and are usually shipped by APC Logistics. Door to door service – This can take up to 7-10 working days . This service means that the item will be delivered to your door only by our courier of choice . As this item is of a weight of over 30kg, this is classed as a heavy item. This service is automatically calculated to be available based upon the weight of your item and stock availability. We would always advise to select the Two Man Set Up option, when ordering heavy items to ensure the manoeuvring of your item is actioned safely and assembled accurately.


Delivery Two Man Set up - This can take up to 10-14 working days . This service means that the item will be delivered to your delivery location by our courier of choice ; it will be taken to the room of choice and will be set up and assembled. As this item is of a weight of over 30kg, this is classed as a heavy item and therefore would require a two-man service to assist with the delivery and set up . This service is automatically calculated to be available based upon the weight of your item and stock availability.

    Bespoke items are dealt with on a case-by-case basis, you will be notified of this via email and phone call on your orders progression

    • Under 30kg orders – Standard delivery is £ 4.99 / Next Day Delivery is £7.99
    • Door to Door Service – £ 50.00
    • Delivery Two Man Set up - £ 100.00
    • Bespoke items – Will be discussed direct

    When will my delivery arrive?

    All orders will receive courier notifications via email and/or SMS depending on the information you have provided upon checkout. This will allow the courier to send you tracking information, updates and progressions .

    Will my item fit in my space?

    Ensuring adequate access for furniture delivery is crucial. Please assess whether your entrances such as: doorways and hallways provide sufficient width and height for the furniture to pass through the spaces necessary. Consider if there is enough space to manoeuvre and position the furniture in your desired location. In the event we can't access the specified room for delivery, alternative placement may be necessary (additional delivery and restocking fees may apply).

    However, should our delivery team identify potential property damage or safety concerns due to undisclosed access limitations, they reserve the right to decline delivery (incurring associated fees). To avoid such situations, we strongly recommend thorough measurements and reassessment before delivery.

    Any damage caused by our couriers when attempting to maneuverer the items into the customers desired location, is at the owner’s risk. If our courier believes the space is too small to access or could cause damage to paintwork or surrounding areas, and they advise you (the customer) of this, any damage that does occur will be the customers liability.

    Pre-Order Terms and Conditions  

    1. Overview - By placing a pre-order with My Home Rocks, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These apply specifically to pre-orders and may differ from our standard terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.  
    1. Payment - Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order to secure your item(s). This payment is a reservation and will be applied towards the total purchase price of the product(s) upon delivery.  
    1. Estimated Delivery - The estimated delivery date provided at the time of pre-order is based on current production schedules. Please note that this date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you of any significant delays.

    2. Changes to Product Specifications Due to the nature of pre-orders, specifications or minor design details of the product may be subject to change. My Home Rocks will notify you of any significant changes and offer options if applicable. 

    Please note: Couriers are not liable to enter your home/property to deliver your item unless the correct delivery method is selected.

    In Store Purchases

    Delivery and Lead Time Policy
    If your purchase involves a wait time or scheduled delivery, this information will be provided at the point of sale in our showroom. Standard deliveries are typically completed within 14 working days of purchase.

    For Bespoke (Made-to-Measure) Orders, a maximum lead time of 16 weeks applies. Other bespoke items, such as beds, often have shorter lead times.
