Product Care Policy

At My Home Rocks Ltd, we emphasise the importance of proper care to maintain the longevity and quality of our delicate, high-quality items. Please adhere to the following care instructions to ensure the optimal preservation of your cherished possessions:

FABRICS

Cleaning: Vacuum or wipe gently with a non-abrasive cloth to eliminate dust and grime. Use water-free dry-cleaning solutions for dry-clean-only fabrics.
Maintenance: Some fabrics may benefit from brushing with a soft, non-metallic bristle brush for restoration purposes.

GLASS / MIRRORED GLASS

Cleaning: Use a slightly damp cloth for wiping. Avoid abrasive cleaning products that could damage the surface.
Precautions: Handle with care to prevent scratching; avoid extreme temperatures, standing, or sitting on the glass. Never use as a chopping surface or strike with hard items.

METAL

Prevention: Keep dry to prevent tarnishing. Avoid abrasive cleaners and use straight motions for cleaning.
Cleaning: Apply metal cleaner with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth for maintaining the finish.

CERAMIC / POLYRESIN

Cleaning: Use standard commercial cleaning agents for ceramic surfaces. Avoid metallic sponges and abrasive cleaners.

STONE FINISHES

Care: Clean delicately with gentle cleaning solutions suitable for stone surfaces. Test any cleaning solutions on a small area first

ARTIFICIAL FLOWER

Maintenance: Shield from direct or strong light to prevent colour alteration. Gently clean with a soft cloth; refrain from using water-based cleaning products.

BEADS GEMS

Handle with Care: Avoid rough handling; do not use water, abrasive cloth, or vacuum for cleaning.

LIGHTING

Maintenance: Regularly wipe clean with a soft cloth; avoid using polishes, abrasives, or chemical cleaners.

WOOD

Precautions: Protect from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. Lift, not drag, furniture when moving. Avoid harsh chemicals.

PLASTICS

Care: Avoid sharp or very hot objects near the product. Use mild detergent with lukewarm water for cleaning.

GENERAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Preventive Measures: Protect from direct sunlight and high-temperature appliances; avoid contact with moisture or sharp objects.
Cleaning Tips: Use soft, non-abrasive cleaners; blot spills immediately with a dry clean cloth.
Avoidance: Do not use abrasive cleaning products or sit/stand on specified items.

Thank you for purchasing our products at My Home Rocks. We understand that sometimes we change our minds, if that is the case in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase this is for ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning items back to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. The product must be in the same condition/original packaging that you received it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your statement.

Every effort will be made to ensure that the products you have ordered arrive undamaged and without defect. If the products are found to be either damaged or defective in any way at the time of delivery, you must contact us within three days of delivery of the product or, in the event of a defect, within three days of the date upon which you discovered the defect.

In Store

For in store orders and over the phone orders, we have a strict NO REFUND POLICY for all items, unless faulty. However, if you change your mind, we can accept the return for an exchange or store credit. Items need to be returned to us in its original packaging and within the first 14 days of the purchase date on the receipt. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that you take your invoice or any additional proof of purchase. We also offer no returns on sale items, so you will not be refunded or credited, these are sold as seen. We encourage customers to check all items prior to leaving the store, any damages or imperfections noticed after leaving will not be deemed as the responsibility of My Home Rocks.

Faulty items

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as the fault has been noticed. We ask that you contact our customer service department via email: customercare@myhomerocksltd.co.uk with the following information:

  1. Full name and Address
  2. Invoice Number
  3. Date of Delivery
  4. Photographic evidence of the fault

Where possible we will arrange for the fault to be repaired or replaced. If the fault cannot be repaired or replaced, we will remove the item and issue you a refund.

There are some items that we cannot accept as a return and that is bespoke items (made to order) this again, is a strict NO REFUND POLICY. Please get in contact for further information.
